Boy's day

Yesterday the boys and I went with another Dad and his 6 yr old son to have "boy day" as his son put it. We found this crazy park to go to called. Fantawild Sci-fi theme park!!! link in case you are curious.
We took a taxi ride to get there, which was a wild ride just by itself and was a lot cheaper!
We drive up to this huge parking lot, think disneyland parking, and see the front gate but the place is empty. But it's boy day and we are game for anything. We pay for our ticket and head in to only find the place kind of dark and we don't see very many people. In fact I think there were only about 20 people TOTAL in the entire park!!!
We had our own tour guide that led us to each ride. Basically they were leading everyone to the next ride. I think they were opening the rides as we went to them.

Tanner on the Merry go Round - double decker!!!
This was the "Origin's of life" 4D show. It was both entertaining and educational! Now if it wasn't in Chinese we would have been more educated. What's 4D you ask?? Well think 3D, thus the glasses but the chairs move and they spit water on you and things tickle your legs when the squid swim by. Yep, I jumped and screamed!

Yes, this is a rollercoaster that we rode in China!!! this one spun you around and gave you whiplash and cracked your back at the sametime.

At the Sci-fi show, how they make special effects. They grabbed Dalton and Tanner to be volunteers in the show. The boys said they were saying something to them but they couldn't make it out. But they handed Dalton an Army outfit and Tanner a Superman outfit and they were ready to go. Dalton was in front of a green screen sitting in an army jeep pretending to fire a gun. And Tanner they had him stand and look up like he is flying and added him to the Superman movie, i am sure they have paid the royalties to use the footage.

By far the best attraction was called the mysterious west show. It was an old indian man talking in chinese telling about the old west! I love this country.
All in all the 8 attractions were hilarious to say the least and was 3 hours well spent!

Sounds like such a great time. I'm so glad the boys are enjoying themselves in China!
