Gotcha Abigail

Here is who we have been waiting for!!!

The nannies brought her in after a very long train ride. Abigail came the furthest distance to meet us. This was the hand off to us from the nannies. We go tomorrow to sign papers which makes Abigail officially ours.

We had a great evening together and took a bath (didn't like the bath) but liked the snuggling after. We ate dinner, Pizza Hut take out, in our room that Dalton and I went and brought back. Ordering at a restaurant is always an adventure!
Abigail played a little patty cake with Mom which was fun to see.
(there is no sound)

We even ventured out for a nighttime sweat... oops I mean stroll. Yes it is very hot and humid here. We get lulled into thinking it is comfortable because we are in an air conditioned hotel and then we hit the front doors and wow.. HOT AND MUGGY!

Well it is time for Dad to go to bed.. enough editing videos... Mom and Abigail are fast asleep. Both had a very big day today.

Thanks for praying for us! It sure does mean a lot to us. BTW Ruth loves to read the comments so keep them coming.

Very Proud Baba, Brian

What could possibly be sweeter than seeing a family created right before your eyes? I only wish the boys had jumped into the picture, so we could have seen their expressions, too (oh, wait -- that's what MY boys did to my girls and I suggested that might be a bit overwhelming to Abigail -- you have such smart sons!).

What a little beauty you have there. I loved how the nanny came up to put her little jacket on her, and gave you the panda bear. I'm sure it was very hard to let her go, as I know they have to get attached to the children.

I'm glad you're sleeping now, every day gets a little easier and Abigail's personality will emerge more every day also.

So happy for you all!

*tears of happiness* I can't even imagine how amazing that must have been to take Abigail in your arms for the very first time and hold her there, close to your heart, forever...

Tears of joy!!!!!

I am so thrilled for your family. Those boys are going to be such fantastic big brothers. Just think of all the things they will learn from their new little sister.

Thank you all so much for taking the time to post the videos and pictures when I know you are all so exhausted. We love seeing them.
