I just want to shout it from the mountain top "WE'RE GOING TO CHINA!!!"It truly is so surreal. We received word this morning that we have our Consulate Appointment (the one we were waiting for) on September 25, 2008. So what that means is that our adoption agency has requested we arrive in Beijing no later than September 12th - just 1 month exactly after receiving our referral for sweet Abigail. I can't believe it. Our flight will depart next week, hopefully on the 11th (not confirmed yet) and return home Saturday, September 27th (we think - again waiting for confirmation).
I am so glad I've been packing to diligently at this point because I can't seem to keep my mind straight/focused all day. The poor teachers at school (homeschool coop) must think I'm a loon - glassy eyed and all. I am doing my best to keep things organized for the boys, yet there is still so much to do.
So, for now I will try to get some sleep and hope to wake without bags under my eyes.

It is exciting to see someone in our area with a referral and such a beauty at that.
